Lifetime Warranty
OAKWORKS™ guarantees the supporting structures
of the Portal Pro, portable tables (excluding the Elan) and stationary tables
against defects in materials or craftsmanship for as long as the original purchaser
owns the table for up to (5) years after a product is discontinued. The warranty
on the Elan is limited to two (2) years on manufacturer's defects and three (3)
years for the One.
OAKWORKS™ guarantees the padding materials
and the upholstery fabrics for five (5) years, the electrical components for two
(2) years and all accessories for one (1) year. |
This
guarantee is limited to repair or replacement (at the manufacturer's discretion)
of the defective article and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear,
accidents or inappropriate use.
Replacement parts are guaranteed to
be available for at least five (5) years after a product is discontinued. The
warranty is invalidated by non-factory modifications, which will immediately terminate
all liability by OAKWORKS™
