Prices are in Canadian dollars and may include errors or be subject to change without notice. Prices are based on the American manufacturer OAKWORKS™ suggested retail price.

Shipping charges and all applicable taxes must be added to prices indicated. There are no packing or handling charges.

Unless the customer supplies a valid and exact tax exemption certificate, applicable to the address to which the merchandise is shipped, the tax on goods and services (GST) and the Quebec sales tax (for Quebec residents only) must be paid . Theses taxes will also be indicated separately on the invoice.

Prices indicated may be combined with promotions or be subject to quantity discounts or distributor discounts for authorised distributors.

Payment may be made by personal check, certified check, money-order or by VISA™ or MASTERCARD™ credit card. Checks and money-orders must be made out to Therapeutik Equipments. Unless otherwise specified on the invoice, payment in full must be received prior to shipping. If the contract is subject to a specific payment agreement, the customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (19.56% per year) on all overdue amounts.
